Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BDE Score™ MCP server, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

BDE Score™ provides quantitative stock scoring and analysis tools via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The service computes multi-factor scores (0-100) for stocks across US, HK, and CN markets based on momentum, volatility, value, and quality factors.

No Financial Advice

BDE Score™ does not provide financial advice. All scores, analyses, and outputs are generated by quantitative algorithms for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be construed as:

  • Investment recommendations
  • Buy/sell/hold signals
  • Financial planning advice
  • Brokerage services

Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Usage Terms

  1. Fair Use: The service is provided for personal and commercial use. Please do not abuse the endpoint with excessive automated requests.
  2. No Warranty: The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability.
  3. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any losses resulting from use of this service, including but not limited to investment losses.
  4. No Registration Required: The service does not require user accounts or authentication.

Intellectual Property

The BDE Score™ methodology, code, and documentation are open-source under the project’s license. The scoring methodology is based on publicly available quantitative factors.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
